BTG Pactual is an investment bank based in Latin America, with whom Charles Rosier was a partner for years. In 2009, he joined Goldman Sachs, an American multinational investment banking firm and worked as their Managing Director until 2010. From 1997 to 2009, Charles Rosier filled the role of Debt Capital Manager of SBC Warburg. When he started his career as an investment banker, he went to work at Lehman Brothers.
BTG Pactual employs around 2,500 employees from all parts of Latin America and has been in operation for more than 30 years. Charles Rosier was offered a job at Goldman Sachs (GMS) in 1999. He became their Managing Director. The French-speaking markets of France, Belgium and Quebec were handled by Charles Rosier when he worked at UBS Warburg.
He pursued his career of being an investment banker and switched jobs within that industry a few times. In 1996, Charles Rosier began at Lehman Brothers before later becoming a member of UBS Warburg Investment Bank. He then became the head of the finance department at Goldman Sachs Bank. He was partner at BTG Pactual Bank until the year 2010. Charles Rosier attended the Fenelon Sainte-Marie where he earned his scientific degree in the year 1991.
